The Alabama-West Florida Conference Council on Finance & Administration is pleased to announce the new Treasurer and Director of Administration. Suzanne Krejcar will begin her service to the conference on July 1, 2018. She is currently the Director of Finance at REHAU Automotive in Cullman, AL. Her experience is in financial operations and includes internal controls structure, result and cash flow reporting, budget forecasting and third party processes.
Mickey Wilson, current interim Treasurer, will continue to serve in the Alabama-West Florida Conference to acclimate Krejcar into this leadership position. “We are thrilled Suzanne will be joining our team,” said Bishop David Graves. “We received numerous applications through GCFA from people who were highly qualified for this position. Suzanne stood out to us with her experience and desire to work in a ministry setting. She will continue to move this area of the conference forward with her knowledge and expertise. Mickey Wilson has been a blessing to this conference and has helped us make necessary updates. We are thankful that he is willing to work with us in a consulting role as we need his services.”
A formal election of Krejcar will occur at the 2018 Annual Conference session.
Krejcar, who is a CPA, received her undergraduate degree from Auburn University and her MBA from Rollins College in Winter Park, FL. She is familiar with the area having been a part-time resident of the Lake Jordan area. She has two adult daughters and is the guardian to her 17-year-old nephew and recently became a grandmother. Suzanne enjoys traveling and spending time with family. She is a member of Wetumpka FUMC and expressed that this change in her life, "presents a welcome opportunity to combine many years of financial management experience with my desire to serve Christ and my church family.”
