This is a weekend designed specifically for juniors and seniors in high school who have a passion to learn the principles of starting a ministry or movement in their own community or within their youth group. Students identify their passions, develop core values, create a vision and mission, and develop an action plan to get started! Alabama Rural Ministry's own story and process of development will be used as an example. Sessions are led by ARM staff, board members, and college student volunteers. PLUS, LeadUP participants have the potential of serving a 1-2 week summer internship alongside the ARM youth mission camp counselors either in home repair or day camp ministry! Cost is $75 and includes housing, meals, and retreat supplies. Check out www.arm-al.org/leadup to learn more! Registration opens by Dec. 15 2017!
