As you know, the first of the Four Areas of Focus for The United Methodist Church (UMC) is developing principled Christian leaders for the church and the world. Registration is now underway for the third session of the leadership development program for clergy entitled, "Becoming a More Effective Leader." We invite you to register today!
Offered by the Academy for Congregational Excellence, the program features a series of ten seminars led by proven servant leaders who are volunteering their time to make the program possible. To provide for active participation in small and large group discussions, enrollment is limited, and participants will be selected in the order in which registrations are received.
Participation is limited to 40. Invite key staff persons and laity to participate in this course so that you may develop a team of leaders that can go back into your local church and implement what you have learned.
The 2016 - 2017 course schedule has been canceled. Stay tuned for future class dates.
