On Tuesday afternoon of Annual Conference 2013, all delegates will take some time away from doing the business of the church and will instead be the Church! Delegates will have the opportunity to spend the afternoon in service in the Mobile area.
You must register in advance to participate. Non-delegates are welcome to participate, too, and also must register.
Delegates will receive a t-shirt and lunch. Please wear your t-shirt to the business session of Annual Conference on Tuesday morning. Non-delegates will pay $15 for their lunch and t-shirt. The morning session of annual conference will conclude around 12:00pm; immediately afterwards, Mission Day participants will take a boxed lunch and board a van or bus to travel to their mission site. Lunch will be en route or onsite.
Closer to June 4, you will receive information in advance from your project captain about items to bring and other things you need to know about your specific project.
