2010 AWF Annual Conference: Display Information
All requests for display must be approved by Conference Registrar Rev. Ed Deabler.
Deadline to Request a Display Table is May 7, 2010
Display tables must be reserved through Frazer UMC . Display tables are not confirmed without approval from the AWF Conference Registrar, Rev. Ed Deabler (see above). A specific table location is assigned to each displaying organization. Your cooperation is requested in utilizing the space assigned to your group. There is no fee or registration form required for display.
All display tables are set in the Frazer UMC Atrium. The Atrium will be available for you at 1 p.m. on Sunday, June 6, 2010. Due to our Sunday morning worship schedule, we ask that you not request special permission to set-up early.
A diagram outlining table locations will be available at the tugboat desk in the Atrium. We ask that you check-in at the tugboat desk before erecting your display. Access to electrical outlets is limited. We ask that you let us know if you need electricity for your display at time of reservation. Though tables are assigned on first come first serve basis, we will do our best to accommodate your need. Wireless internet is available in the Atrium.
Frazer will provide one standard eight-foot table. You are expected to provide all other features of your display including table clothes and electronic equipment.
We ask that you dismantle and remove you display and all associated materials before, or immediately following the closing session of Annual Conference on Wednesday, June 10.
