The registration fee to attend this event is $139.00 or $269.00 with a spouse. Hotel accommodations are in addition to the registration fee. The hotel room rate is $95.00 plus tax per night and is based on single or double occupancy.
The registration fee includes:
- Dinner on Tuesday
- Breakfast and Lunch on Wednesday
- Breakfast on Thursday
- Refreshment breaks
- Event materials
Travel Arrangements:
- Travel to and from this event is the responsibility of the attendee.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations received by Thursday, September 16, 2010 (72 business hours prior to the event start) will qualify for a full refund. If you cancel after that or do not attend the conference, the registration fee will be retained to cover event expenses.
