The 2010 Annual Conference will be held in Montgomery beginning with an inspiring worship service at Frazer Memorial United Methodist Church at 7:00 p.m. CT on Sunday, June 6. The theme is "Partnership in the Gospel – Nurturing Disciples." Guest speakers for Annual Conference are: Bishop William Morris (preaching the Opening Worship Service and Service of Ordination & Commissioning); Dr. James (Mickey) Efird, Duke Divinity School (Monday and Tuesday morning Bible studies); Dr. John Ed Mathison (Memorial Service); Rev. Grace Imathiu from the Wisconsin Annual Conference (Tuesday morning teaching moments); and Dr. David Stevens will deliver the “Mary Ellen Bullard Leadership Address” at the Tuesday evening Laity Banquet. The mission offering received Sunday night will be for the Central Conference Pension Initiative (CCPI) www.ccpi-umc.org. A special offering at the Monday evening Service of Ordination & Commissioning will benefit the Ministerial Education Fund.

Members must also document their attendance by dropping their attendance card into receptacles in the registration area in the Atrium at Frazer Memorial UMC. Times to mark your attendance are:
- Sunday, June 6, 1:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. (registration will close promptly at 6:00 p.m. to prepare for worship)
- Monday, June 7, 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
- Tuesday, June 8, 7:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. There will be no registration allowed after 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
