Clergy Self Care

ACE takes seriously the general poor state of the health of clergy and understands that when we are healthy--physically, emotionally, and relationally, as well as spiritually--we are more effective and enjoy ministry more.

The working model for ACE Clergy Self-Care groups includes:
1.  Regular exercise, preferably under the care of a personal trainer.
2.  Nutritional guidance leading to healthy eating habits.
3.  Daily Centering Prayer.
4.  Meeting weekly or bi-weekly with a support group under the guidance of a trained pastoral counselor.

The self-care groups meet for a three month period.
