Jubilee Shores United Methodist Church (Fairhope, Alabama) is currently accepting resumes for a talented part-time Worship Leader. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading authentic worship in a contemporary setting. The Worship Leader position is expected to require a minimum of 20 hours per week. College students or recent graduates majoring in music are encouraged to apply. The position will be available March 1, 2012.

Responsibilities:
Sunday Worship
1. Plan Sunday services in consultation with the minister
2. Recruit and train new worship team members for Sunday Morning
3. Create and maintain other singing ensembles
4. Provide music for special events such as Easter, Christmas, Nights of Worship, Conferences.
5. Attend regular staff meetings

Youth
1. Build a self-sustaining Youth Worship Team
2. Work with Youth Pastor to plan Wednesday worship services 

Children
1. Create a children’s musical program
2. Work with Wee School Director to provide music for students

Tech Team
1. Assist Tech Team as needed
2. Assist Technical Arts Coordinator recruit and train new members
